DTF White Ink
Your underbase is 70% of your ink cost.
High-opacity pigment made for Epson XP-600 and i3200 heads. Low settle, smooth spray, no pinholes if you shake daily. Run cheap white and you’ll clean nozzles all day. We print 250–300 full-front 12x14" designs per liter at 60% white.

Hot Melt Glue Powder
This is what makes DTF stick to the shirt.
Fine grain, medium melt point. Melts at 300–320°F. Too coarse and you get texture. Too fine and it clouds. Ours lays even so you don’t get cold spots or thick edges. One kilo covers roughly 100–120 full-front transfers.
Refill it if your prints peel or feel like sandpaper.
Ink Pump
Your cleaning pump.
A peristaltic pump pulls ink through the head during cleans. Weak pump = weak suction = dead nozzles. Tubes wear out every 4–6 months. If your cleans do nothing and the pump sounds like gravel, swap it.
Replace it when suction drops. Don’t keep hitting “power clean.”
UV DTF Black Ink
Deep black for hard goods.
UV DTF ink cures instantly under LED. High opacity so you don’t see the cup through the logo. Lays flat under varnish. Don’t run this in an apparel DTF printer. Different chemistry.
Buy it if you print tumblers, acrylic, or signage.
UV DTF Cyan Ink
Clean blues for UV DTF.
No banding, no nozzle drop on XP600 and i3200 UV heads. Keeps blues true on glass and metal where shift shows fast. UV ink is thicker; clogs happen quicker.
Add it if your blues look purple on mugs.
UV DTF Magenta Ink
UV-stable reds and pinks.
Won’t fade in sunlight like cheap ink. Matches our apparel DTF magenta so brand colors stay consistent from tee to tumbler.
Use it if you offer drinkware and need a color match.
UV DTF Varnish Ink
The gloss that sells.
Flood or spot varnish for raised, scratch-resistant finishes. Makes stickers and cups look premium. Run it as your last channel. Clogs fast if you skip maintenance.
Use it if you want that “embossed” look clients pay extra for.
UV DTF White Ink
The base layer for UV transfers.
Thick, bright, won’t spider crack on curved mugs. You need white under every color or your design goes transparent. Shake well. Settle is real and fast.
Stock it if you print UV DTF. You’ll burn through it first.
UV DTF Yellow Ink
Bright yellow for hard surfaces.
UV DTF needs a different pigment load than apparel. This stays vibrant on acrylic and metal. Cures hard, no tack. Don’t mix with apparel inks.
Add it if your yellows look dirty on tumblers.
DTF Yellow Ink
Bright, not muddy.
Matches PMS 109 and holds saturation on darks. Won’t shift green after cure. Cheap yellow looks dirty under white. We tuned ours to stay clean at 305°F.
Stock it if your golds and yellows look washed out.
DTF Magenta Ink
Reds that pop, pinks that don’t turn orange.
High pigment load means you use less per print. Plays nice with our white — no muddy skin tones. Tested on 4.2oz blanks like Bella 3001. Holds color after 25+ washes.
Get it if your reds look brick-colored.
How to Pick the Right DTF Supplies
1. Match Ink to Head
XP-600 and i3200 need different waveforms. Our DTF ink is tuned for both. UV DTF ink is thicker — don’t cross them. This works well because wrong viscosity = banding and nozzle deflection.
2. Buy White More Often
White is 65–70% of your usage. If you buy CMYK and white in equal amounts, you’ll run out of white first and sit idle. Order 3:1 white to color.
3. Check Powder Grain
Hold it up. If it looks like flour, it’s too fine and will cloud. If it looks like salt, it’s too coarse and will feel gritty. Medium grain melts smooth at 310°F.
4. Don’t Skip VLR Remover
