Personalization on our products is achieved using a laser machine that gently engraves the surface of the leather, revealing the color of the underlying layer. The designs will generally appear in black, but for certain products, special color effects are available:

  • Black leather: Gold or Silver
  • Rustic leather: Gold

When uploading your designs or logos, please ensure they are background-free (transparent) and in 300 dpi or higher resolution for the best engraving quality.

Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CST) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

For local pickup, place your order by 11:00 AM CST to qualify for same-day pickup. Orders placed after that time will be available the following business day.
